The fully integrated Sugar Coater automates continuous, controlled sugar coating for starch-molded jellies, deposited mold jellies, and gum-based confections. Proven for reliability, it delivers up to 600 kg/hr, making it the perfect addition to modern gummy production lines.
Features
The stainless steel inner drum features perforations to discharge and recycle excess sugar into the outer drum. An integrated electrical control panel allows easy adjustments, while a variable speed drive adds flexibility. Constructed entirely from durable, hygienic stainless steel 304, the system includes cleated conveyors for efficient product delivery. A vibratory hopper with an auger automatically feeds sugar to the coater, streamlining the coating process and reducing operator effort.
