This cooker efficiently dissolves and blends ingredients. Once sugar, glucose, and other raw materials are transformed into syrup, the cooker tilts for easy syrup discharge.
This servo-driven depositor automatically indexes silicone molds beneath ten (10) nozzles, filling up to 25 deposits per minute (10,000 per hour). Operators load molds at the front; filled molds exit to a rear holding plate. Programmable for up to three (3) deposits per mold pocket, it ensures ±2% weight accuracy.
Features include FDA-approved contact parts, a 7-liter heated hopper (30~150°C), and an HMI control system with 20 memory banks. The compact unit (590 x 400 x 450mm, 60kg) operates on 230V/1ph and is mounted on a sanitary frame with locking casters for easy mobility.
Place the reinforced silicone mold on the platform, press the dual pneumatic discharge buttons (ensuring operator safety), and gummies are smoothly ejected onto the tray below.
