Our advanced system automates dissolving and blending, mixing sugar, glucose, and other ingredients into syrup. The syrup is then seamlessly transferred to a holding tank for continuous production. A separate control cabinet ensures precise, efficient cooking management.
Our depositor features a depositing head, mold circuit, and two-pass cooling tunnel. Cooked syrup is held in a heated hopper with individual pump cylinders for each deposit. Pistons draw syrup into the cylinders on the upward stroke and push it through ball valves on the downward stroke. The mold circuit moves continuously, with the depositing head reciprocating to match its motion.
All head movements are servo-driven for precision and mechanically linked for consistency. After depositing, products pass through the cooling tunnel—using ambient air for hard candy or refrigerated cooling for jellies—emerging fully solidified and ready for handling.
Molds come in non-stick coated metal or silicone rubber, with mechanical or air ejection. Sectioned for easy removal, they allow quick changeovers, cleaning, and coating.
