Semi-Automated Gummy Machine

Depositing & Cooling System
The depositor includes a depositing head, mold circuit, and cooling tunnel. A heated hopper feeds syrup into individual pump cylinders, each handling a single deposit. Servo-driven pistons draw syrup in and push it through ball valves, synchronized with the moving mold circuit.
A two-pass cooling tunnel follows, using either ambient or refrigerated air depending on the product. Once cooled, candies solidify and eject beneath the depositor head.
Quick-Release Mold Tool
Molds are available in non-stick coated metal or silicone rubber, with mechanical or air ejection. Sectioned for easy removal, they allow quick product changeovers and simple cleaning.
